We recommend checking in with the locals to identify the hidden shortcuts, e.g. from The Terrace to Lambton Quay, to make the most efficient use of your time in the city as well as getting local cafe recommendations!

  • Rates are per room, per night, and include 15% GST (goods and services tax).
  • It is important to check individual hotel cancellation policies at the time of booking, these are specified in the terms and conditions of each hotel.
  • Credit card details are required at the time of booking, card details are held as a guarantee only, payment is to be made direct to the hotel. No invoice will be issued for accommodation.
  • In case of your non-arrival or late cancellation, the hotel will be given access to your card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee.
  • If you wish to charge back your accommodation this can be done at check-out if your organisation has made an arrangement directly with the hotel concerned. If a chargeback has been arranged, please notify Rosanna at Conference Innovators.
